Анотація
Мета: вивчити вплив децентрації зони лікування (ЗЛ) на осьовий приріст ока (ОПО) у підлітків після носіння ортокератологічних лінз (ОК).
Матеріали та методи: це ретроспективне клінічне дослідження налічує 251 підлітка, яким із січня 2018 року по грудень 2018 року у Клінічному коледжі офтальмології Тяньцзіньського медичного університету (Тяньцзінь, Китай) були призначені лінзи ОК та які безперервно носили ці лінзи понад 12 місяців. Вік пацієнтів становив 8-15 років, сферичний еквівалент (СE): від -1,00 до -5,00 діоптрій (D) і астигматизм ≤ 1,50 D. Топографію рогівки записували на початку спостереження та через 1, 6 і 12 місяців користування ОК, а осьову довжину (ОД) реєстрували на початковому етапі та при о6стеженні через 6 і 12 місяців користування ОК. Для статистичного аналізу були використані результати обстеження правого ока.
Результати. За результатами обстеження через 1 місяць користування ОК пацієнти в залежності від виявленої величини децентрації ЗЛ були розділені на три групи: 56 випадків у легкій формі (<0,5 мм), 110 у помірній (0,5-1,0 мм) та у 85 була виразна децентрація (>1,0 мм). Через 6 і 12 місяців користування ОК була виявлена значна різниця в ОПО між трьома групами (F = 10,223, P < 0,001; F = 13,380, P < 0,001, відповідно). Серед них ОПО при легкій децентрації через 6 і 12 місяців користування ОК був значно вищим, ніж у двох інших групах. Багатофакторний лінійний регресійний аналіз показав, що вік, базовий СE та 1-місячна децентрація пов’язана з 12-місячним ОПО (P < 0,001, P < 0,001 і P = 0,001 відповідно).
Висновок: децентрація ЗЛ лінзи ОК викликала зростання ОД у підлітків, тобто чим більше децентрація, тим менший вплив на ОПО.
